Notes: The cost example above is for display purposes since the minimum loan sum is £1500. For our calculation we split the cost of £2000. This turned £473.56 into £236.78 and £967.61 into £483.80 (.5). The headed APR is 49.9%. Guarantors must be homeowners, with a positive rating and be aged between 18 and 75. The payout process usually takes 2 to 3 days before the funds are received. Whilst there are no active related companies we did spot a range of additional trading names on their FCA profile. There was 15 of these targeting various niches such as events, holidays, weddings etc. Whether any of these will be developed in time is unclear. The days and times of operation are not listed and so Monday to Friday during standard business hours would be expected. It is not clear if a CCTA membership is held. There is a badge, but no further mention of this across the site including on their complaints page where you tend to find such details.

– There are currently no key features that helps to differentiate this lender. This is generally due to the competitive nature of this sector that has seen lenders adapt to accept tenant backings, offer same day payouts, set the price below £230 etc. It may be the case that they stretch to Saturdays, but they as noted don’t disclose information on this. They did launch in late 2012 and so they haven’t been around for a considerable time. They have however notched up over 4600 Facebook fans that shows that they are managing to build brand loyalty. One further point is that they do provide logins for both applicants and guarantors that you don’t tend to see elsewhere.

– Nothing recent.
