This is one of the UK’s longest running finance brokers established in the year 1991. “Mann Island” is named after the location where they are centrally based in Liverpool. There are supporting offices to this located in Edinburgh, Stevenage and Stirling. This company was recently taken over by Investec Plc in 2014. Their new owner is FTSE 250 listed, primarily operating in asset management and specialist banking. The referenced website is used to attract new dealers. The login you’ll see on there is for existing dealer clients. The information presented helped us to cover most of the product specs with the exception of the available sums and the pricing. It does appear though that rates can be altered by dealers and so there would likely be a variation depending on where you apply. A large lender panel has been built up over the years at 25 providers. MI writes £500 million worth of proposals per year and so business is going well. The decision to not offer a direct lead pathway is confusing to see. This will always limit their potential to challenge the market leaders.
